Why We Built This Site
Washington offers broad public access to court indexes, yet Lincoln County has a real custody split. The elected County Clerk files and indexes Superior Court matters. District Court keeps traffic, misdemeanor, small-claims, limited civil, and municipal-service dockets. Washington Courts search and Odyssey help locate cases, while the originating clerk supplies official and certified records. Bringing the verified routes together makes it easier to start with the court that actually holds the requested material.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Washington court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate search boxes that appear on some content pages. They control their own services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral payment that supports the resource. Lincoln County Court Docket does not set the provider's charges or control its returned information.
